pointed out that restricting the use of the phone will not prevent young people from watching the same content during the hour and a half that the phone is at their disposal. Commenting on the system algorithm, the opposition won a complete victory, pointing out that these search engines are good, because in this way they support the development of the child and select their interests, which means that they develop individuality
