On the occasion of Children's Week on October 8, 2024, all representatives of parliaments from across Serbia met in the Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
Organizer: Ministry of Family Care and Demography and Friends of the Children of Serbia.
The topic was Small Steps, Big Moves; Volunteering Connects.
The introductory part was just the introduction of high-ranking representatives of the National Assembly and the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Presentation of the situation in the field from the perspective of experts.
The second part was dedicated to the participation of children and young people. Discussion of students on the selected topic. At the end of the block, the conclusions they came to are summarized. The main topic was volunteering and why it is important. One of the most important questions was: Why is volunteering important? Which day would be most suitable to do some humanitarian action, would it be Thursday or maybe Saturday? Is volunteering actually just helping others or something more?
From humanitarian actions to organizations. Representatives of the NS and RS thought that young people could not lead such events or organizations, but when they heard about the experiences, foundations and all the things that young people do, they were quite surprised about everything. They said that the future is up to us to do good deeds and to always be there for each other.

Тема је била Мали кораци, велики помаци; Волонтирање спаја.
Уводни део је био само представљање високих представника НС и Владе РС. Представљање стања у области из угла струцњака.
Други део био је посвећен учешћу деце и младих. Дискусија уценика/ца на одабрану тему.На крају блока се сумирају закључци до којих су дошли. Главна тема је била волонтирање и зашто је то битно. Једна од битнијих питања су била: Зашто је заправо волонтирање битно ?Којим даном би највише одговарало да се направи нека хуманитарна акција, да ли би то био четвртак или можда субота? Да ли је волонтирање заправо само помагање другима или нешто више?
Од хуманитарних акција до организација. Представници НС и РС су мислили да млади не могу да воде овакве догађаје или организације али када су чули о искуствима, фондацијама и свим стварима које младе раде били су доста изненађени по питању свега. Рекли су да будућност остаје на нама да учинимо добра дела и да увек будемо ту једни за друге.
